Shipping Info:

Please allow 10 business days for delivery, although most items are shipped much sooner. If the item is needed very quickly for a gift or special occasion, call or email to verify that we can meet your schedule. Additional fees for rush shipping charges may be incurred.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Any jewelry returned must be sent back to McKenzie Jewelry Repair and Manufacturing, 5711 Lacey Blvd #303, Lacey WA 98503, within 15 business days. All products must be in the same condition it was when sent to you. Exchanges are available for up to 30 days, as long as the items are in saleable condition. Items that are damaged can be returned for repairs for a nominal fee. We will do whatever we can, within reason, to make you satisfied with your jewelry purchase. We appreciate your business.
